DAVIDS PLACE NEW BUILD, BUDERIM
CREATIVE CONCEPT | COLOUR AND FINISH SELECTIONS | DOCUMENTATION | FURNITURE PACKAGE
The David's Place Project was an architecturally designed new build where I was referred to the client by Andy Martin of AM Build to act as their advocate for management and decision making whilst he was stuck overseas during COVID.
Engaged by the client I designed a creative concept for the finishes of the build. Internal and external colour schemes, finish selections, fixture and fitting schedules and cabinetry design were provided as documentation to the Builder to complete construction.
Managing communication between the Builder and client throughout the process made the process efficient and streamlined in what was an extremely challenging time for all.
Upon completion of the build, my client engaged my interior styling services to create a furniture package for the home. Requesting a modern Australian aesthetic with a design savvy masculine touch, rich timber tones, charcoal and grey were layered with muted subtle colour throughout the home.
Eye catching artworks were sourced for the gallery style walls throughout the home infusing personality and life throughout each space.
