BFD was engaged to transform this dark and dated executive apartment into light bright and inviting holiday home for my owners to escape to.

Part of the exclusive Element on Coolum complex situated in prime location on Coolum Beach's esplanade, Penthouse 1216 was a full gut and rebuild renovation designed and project managed by Briana Forster Design. To complete the project a turn-key furniture package as design and installed, finessing the finish to the project with thoughtful and detailed interior styling.

Selections and designs were focussed on a distinctly modern Australian style with a relaxed coastal aesthetic. Layers of textured whites and earthy native hues feature through wall cladding, fixture and fitting selections, commissioned artworks and bespoke furnishings.

Penthouse 1216 is one truly special space.
