With unrivalled 360 degree views of ocean and hinterland, my Brisbane based clients reached out to request a creative concept and design to undertake a full gut and rebuild renovation of their long time family holiday home.
An overhaul of the spatial planning of the apartment paired with modern finishes and a contemporary colour scheme ensured a truly transformative result for my clients. Design documentation, renderings and schedules were finalised to ensure accurate pricing throughout the quotation stage.
Having engaged Ward Builders to undertake execution of the build, I worked as the clients advocate, managing the build on their behalf whilst they remained in Brisbane throughout construction. The finishing touches were added post construction with a complete turn key furniture package installed to work cohesively with their extensive art collection hand picked to elevate the home.
