Engaged by my clients after completing a full renovation to the buildings Penthouse, No.11 has been designed as the epitome of relaxed sophistication : The modern beach shack.
Held through generations as a coastal refuge, the apartment was in need of a serious overhaul. Briefed to create a holiday home designed around durability and functionality as much as it was aesthetics and design, the results are transformative.
Partnering with the Ward Builders for the construction execution, a complete gut and rebuild renovation of the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was designed and managed by BFD with project completion including a turn key furniture package being installed.
A soothing palette of teal, olive and muddy metals sits upon a crisp neutral base palette. Eye catching custom cabinetry creates an absolute wow factor upon entering the apartment, detailing to finishes and textiles creates and inviting and elevated aesthetic across all spaces.
