PLOVER STREET HOLIDAY HOME
FURNITURE PACKAGE | BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY RENOVATION DESIGN
Initially engaged by my Brisbane based client to elevate his ocean front holiday home in Peregian Beach with an injection of contemporary furniture through the bedrooms and living spaces.
Custom sofas, commissioned artworks, commercial grade bedding, rugs and careful selected furniture were curated alongside the clients existing pieces to update this popular holiday let.
Fast forward 12 months and BFD was engaged to design and project manage the renovation of the main bedroom ensuite and outdoor laundry areas, converting the latter to fall within the footprint of the home. Working alongside Ward Builders, I provided full scope of works documentation with complete selections and concept renderings for trades to be guided throughout construction.
The results have elevated the key wet areas to the home and have provided a contemporary and timeless finish that can continue to be built upon in a staged process by the owner.
