PORTOFINO HOLIDAY APARTMENT, NOOSA HEADS
RENOVATION DESIGN | FINISH SELECTIONS | COLOUR SCHEME | DOCUMENTATION
A major renovation, I was referred to this project by Tom Roebuck of Roebuck Concepts to assist his Sydney based client bring together their ideas and concepts for the build.
Working collaboratively with builder and client, this tired and dated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom property was transformed into a 3 bedroom 2 bedroom ocean front apartment.
The client had a distinct vision for the boho modern aesthetic she was trying to create. I worked alongside her in the renovation design phase to finalise her colour scheme and selections. This was followed by creating the required documentation to aid the Builder through the construction process. The apartment is offered within the highly competitive luxury holiday letting market on Hastings Street, Noosa Heads meaning finishes and selections needed to be of the highest standard and quality.
Upon completion of the project a full furniture package was installed. Furniture selections were made with durability and functionality at the forefront with the package exceeding the aesthetic expectations of the client. The package was a complete turn key solution meaning at handover, all that was required of the client was to unpack their suitcases and enjoy their holiday!
