​Hello, I'm Bri! 
Technically, Briana Forster but far more comfortable with Bri. I'm full of life, down to earth and always up for a laugh. My love of interiors, colour and the creative was founded at a young age. Growing up with a family deeply entrenched in the building game meant I spent much of my childhood watching my parents build and renovate homes in Brisbane and Noosa Heads. 
​A Little Back Story ... 
I spent over a decade at the helm of Watermelon Red - a
busy retail space, online shop and design studio - all whilst renovating two homes, having a baby, running a farm, manufacturing a clothing range and internationally sourcing homewares. It was constant 24/7 go go go, trying to be everything to everyone and with too much of my time taken
up with daily business admin. The fun and creativity of the industry I loved was slowly seeping away. I wanted to simplify things. So, I returned to what I love and am most passionate about ... design. 

In 2019, I sold the retail space and online store. I focussed my attention on what I do best and committed to creating an interiors studio. 
​That's when Briana Forster Design was born
Working from concept to completion to create beautiful, liveable spaces for my clients to enjoy, my interior designs include mid to high end homes across the Sunshine Coast , Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. 

As a freelance interior designer, I get to spend my days bringing together the best of Australian and international design, creativity and colour for my clients (how good is that!!). The unique challenges, tastes and desires that my clients bring to each project inspire and invigorate me to create spaces that meet - and exceed - their initial brief. 

The spaces I create are unashamedly refreshing, colourful and sensory with a modern contemporary aesthetic and relaxed sophistication. I draw inspiration from my myriad of travels and am known for how I use colour to create energy and personality within a room. I love to create liveable spaces that celebrate beauty and functionality. Transforming a house into a home or creating memory-making holiday spaces - this is what I do best!

Seeing my projects come to life brings me immense joy and this passion translates into every design. By focusing solely on interior design, I can channel my energy into designing spaces that evoke all the 'feels' for my clients to enjoy. 

​with a firm belief that it's impossible to have too much 'gorgeous', I ensure that every detail is considered to create a beautiful and inviting environment. The trust my clients instil in me is never taken for granted; it's an absolute privilege to create spaces that enhance their lives.
