Ideally, we will meet to discuss the scope of your project and create a brief. If you are interstate or overseas we can meet remotely or I can work off existing documentation.
During this phase the process is organic and tailored to your requirements. We explore your existing ideas and discuss any plans you may have. If possible, we will conduct a site visit and discuss the functionality and feel desired in each space. I'll work with you to generate ideas, colour schemes and set your budget. It is also a valuable time to discuss any limitations within the space, highlight alternative design elements and discuss concepts for your renovation, new build or interior fit-out. |
DESIGN
Next, I will create a preliminary proposal tailored to the scope of your project.
This will include elements such as conceptual renderings, mood boards, scope of works documentation, FFE schedules, styling concepts, detailed furniture quotes and samplings. There will be plenty of opportunities for discussion, feedback and refinement to ensure the perfect selections.

IMPLEMENTATION AND HANDOVER

Scheduling and timelines will begin with trades. Deposits will be paid and orders will be placed. Bri will collaborate closely with your trades to coordinate logistics and ensure your design is implemented to the highest standards. You can expect regular communication and updates during this stage.
If your project also includes interior styling or furniture packages, orders will be placed and manufacturing will begin. Delivery schedules will be set and the process fully managed by BFD with regular updates as the project progresses.
Bri offers a full turn-key solution including installation and rubbish removal - no need for you to lift a finger!
With stringent quality control, every detail is double checked so your property is ready to enjoy right from day one.
